We are actively pursuing acquisitions of business that meet the following criteria:
·  Annual revenues between $5M and $50M
·  Historical minimum EBIT performance of at least 6%
·  Growth drivers identified

While target acquisitions are not sector specific, the target company should have a sustainable value proposition due to market strength in product line, technology, distribution, manufacturing, or brand.

The Founder of Rock Creek Equity Advisors is Jerry J. Harrison, Jr., a strong entrepreneurial leader.
